Food Galore: Avocado Shake

I can't believe it's been more than one month since my last post! I had a great Spring Break with the husband and the girls, but school work has been catching up to me. Just a little bit more until I am school free! I cannot wait! Time to balance school work with blogging.

Anyway, John brought Vietnamese food for dinner when I was studying for my midterms and I thought, "how great would it be to have avocado shake with it?" So I made my own! It's so simple, yet it tastes like the ones you'd get at restaurants. Here is what I used:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 3/4 cup of milk (less if you want it more thick)
  • 3 generous table spoons of condense milk


Steps to achieve deliciousness:
  1. Peel and pit the avocado
  2. Put all ingredients in the blender
  3. Blend and enjoy!
